Developed Design for a new-build two-bedroom house for a private client
Situated within the suburban outskirts of Horsham, this house for a private client celebrates its views into the leafy gardens and surrounding full-grown trees. The brief asked for the living / dining / kitchen area to be raised off the ground to allow for direct garden access from the master bedroom suite and a guest bedroom that can also be used as a ground floor living space. While the master bedroom faces east towards a lush private garden next to the entrance of the house, its ensuite bathroom and a sauna are located towards the western rear garden and lap pool.
